Covid 19- Myths & Facts

Covid 19 (Coronavirus) - Myths and facts: (In Public Interest)

๐ŸŒˆSummer temperature is said to reduce the disease spread as Human Coronavirus can remain potent on inanimate surfaces at room temperature for up to 9 days but if the temperature is more than 30 degree Celsius then the duration of its potency remains shorter.
๐ŸŒˆThis doesnt mean that it is being killed. The duration of its survival is reduced.
๐ŸŒˆ Coronavirus is stable at 37 degree Celsius for at least 2 hours and it will become non-infectious only after 90min, at 56 degree Celsius.
๐ŸŒˆSo it is a myth that summer kills the virus. Adequate protective guidelines and prayers are required to be free from the virus.

๐ŸŒˆ During Testing times, Fake news always travels faster than the facts and and people tend to fall for it more easily.
๐ŸŒˆ Hence, please dont blindly forward any Whats-app messages or share any un-authentic articles in Facebook pertaining to the Coronavirus to avoid creating fear-mongering and the spread of panic.

๐ŸŒˆIn addition to the photos, the other Fake news spreading in social media are as follows -
----------------------
1. Cow urine and dung can cure Coronavirus - FALSE

2. Drinking water every 15 minutes can flush Coronavirus - FALSE

3.Drinkable silver kills coronavirus within 12 hours - FALSE, this can cause serious side effects.

4.Chlorine dioxide (aka “MMS”) an effective cancer cell killer, it can wipe out coronavirus too - FALSE

5.Drinking hot water and exposure to the sun will kill the Coronavirus - FALSE,
